By leveraging AegisUSA's Identity Software (AIS), AegisUSA will provide you with a Total IdM Solution that is cost effective, flexible, scalable, portable and maintainable.

Advisory Consulting

  • Assessment Services are an integral part of all identity management projects. At the earliest point in the process each participant in the project needs to fully define the motivations, objectives and requirements in order to ensure a mutually successful outcome. Our methodology includes a complete review of the clients existing environment, information gathering to understand the motivation and needs of the organization and a recommended course of action (including an actionable IDM project roadmap; a directed multi-phase approach, if necessary; and a preliminary estimate of the time and cost of the project.)
  • Requirements Analysis is often the next step in a strategic integration project. This detailed study assists our clients in setting realistic objectives, reviewing alternatives and determining appropriate actions. An inclusive requirements analysis could consist of a detailed study of existing processes, workflows and systems; a comparison with industry best practices and recommendations for change; a thorough analysis of vulnerabilities, exposures, and inadequacies in current compliance requirements and a detailed statement of work (SOW) indicating each step of every phase with appropriate check points and sign-offs for a phased integration project.
  • Design Analysis specifies the strategy to implement the best-fit architecture using the most efficient means. The design is determined, capabilities are evaluated, and the solution is finalized into the Design & Build Specification. The strategy for implementing, testing, deploying, and controlling the design components are also determined. During the design phase, a further decomposition of the Architecture Specification is performed, and high-level specifications are translated into detailed descriptions of the system, structure, components, interfaces, processes and data necessary to implement the solution. The Design & Build Specifications details “how” the product shall interface with Managed Resources.

Development and Deployment

  • AegisUSA offers a wide range of implementation services.  At one end, AegisUSA provides an organization with the framework and knowledge to independently implement an IdM environment by leveraging proven tools and methods.  At the other end, AegisUSA performs a custom integration initiative designed in a phased methodology.  The custom implementation encompasses the defined objectives of the organization and upon completion, the organization has an IdM production environment incorporating all target roles, workflows and sytems.

Ongoing Support & Training

  • Ongoing Support is offered to clients following implementation. The various support agreements can include: maintenance of the client’s current AegisUSA integrated identity management solution system software version control (as installed) or integration of new releases of identity software version upgrades into existing identity architecture.
  • Training:  All AegisUSA clients have the choice of several training options. Training can be offered at the client location or at our Denver Development Center. All training packages are customized based on clients’ needs and long term objectives.  A typical training course covers:
    • EEA Workflow Architecture
      • Mapping attributes
      • Deferred tasks
      • Notifications
      • Scaling the architecture
    • EEA Approval Architecture
      • Creat advanced approvals
    • EEA Active Sync Architecture
    • EEA Configuration Tool
      • Tips for quickly creating and configuring architecture files for the implementation
  • Version Upgrades:  As new software versions are released, AegisUSA can work with the client to ensure a seamless upgrade that includes all of the new features and benefits of the product. A choice of periodic scheduled upgrades or one-time upgrade agreements are offered.
