Ralph Armijo, Director and Chief Executive Officer

Ralph Armijo brings over twenty years of experience in the technology industry to AegisUSA. Prior to establishing AegisUSA, Ralph served as the Chairman of the Board of Navidec and the President of Navidec Technology. which he founded in 1993. At Navidec he raised in excess of 65 million in capital through several public offerings and private placements. Ralph was also the creator of the wholly owned subsidiary, DriveOff.com, which was ultimately sold to Microsoft. Ralph has served as a Director on multiple corporate boards including: Navidec, Inc.; DriveOff.Com; YourAutoChoice.Com,(an Avis Europe/Navidec joint venture) and VSI Holding Inc.

Ralph brings a wealth of knowledge to AegisUSA from previous employers, such as Tektronix, Inc. where he served in various management roles for twelve years and at IBM Corporation in executive sales and marketing positions.

Ralph received his BA in Economics from Colorado College, an MBA from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Colorado College. In 2001, Ralph was recognized by Ernst and Young as the Rocky Mountain Rocky Mountain Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Technology Services. He has also been named as one of The Top 100 Most Influential Hispanic Leaders by The Hispanic Magazine.


George Schad, President and Chief Operating Officer

George Schad, AegisUSA’s President and Chief Operating Officer, brings more than 25 years of Senior-level leadership experience in high technology start-up organizations. His expertise is in the areas of security and identity management, internet based telephony, unified messaging, enhanced telecommunication services, and online publishing.

George previously served as President of Authentor Systems, an internet security software provider. He has also served as President of VoGo Networks, a service provider which also provided of voice portal platform; President and Chief Executive Officer of Intergram International, a global provider of Internet based telephony and messaging services; and President of two additional start-up companies that provided enhanced telecommunication services and CDROM publishing services to the Financial Services industry. He has served on the Board of Directors of Board of VIA Internet, an international Internet Service Provider. George completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics at the University of Colorado.


Robert Grizzle, Director and Chief Financial Officer

Bob Grizzle serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is a Member of the Board of Directors for AegisUSA. His prior position was President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Navidec Financial Services, Inc. He has over 23 years of finance, accounting, and top-level management experience. In 1986 Bob joined Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). During his tenure there he served nationally as an analyst and project manager. His activities were primarily centered on the development and implementation of partnership tax allocations and investor relations software systems. In 1994, Bob began work as an independent consultant. He worked in that capacity until joining Navidec, Inc. in early 2004. Bob received a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.


Dana Reed, Chief Identity Management Architect

As AegisUSA’s Chief Identity Management Architect, Dana Reed provides technical and strategic oversight for all AegisUSA projects from an architecture perspective. He is responsible for the design and implementation of many identity management solutions for AegisUSA’s clients in the higher education, government and commercial business sectors.

Dana’s identity management designs and implementations have focused on consolidating identities from disparate systems and provisioning these identities to target systems. He has also designed and implemented role-based access workflows for the U.S. government.

Prior to joining AegisUSA, Dana worked as a Senior Consultant in the security services division with Deloitte & Touché LLP and was a Consultant for Accenture, Ltd. where he provided security and systems integration consulting services. Dana graduated from the University of Michigan where he earned a BSBA degree in Finance.


Mike Jaroch, Vice President of Human Resources

Mike lends his executive coaching and mentoring skills to both individuals and teams based on his 35 years as a strategic tactician in the areas of executive leadership and human resource management. Contributing to his business expertise and leadership skills, Mike has held executive level positions for Fortune 50 organizations such as Baxter Healthcare and Lockheed-Martin. He has developed and managed the human resources and administration functions for successful technology start-ups such as NEON Software (IPO 6/97), Extant Telecommunications (sale 6/00), and HealtheTech (IPO 7/02).

As an independent consultant, Mike has effectively applied his coaching skills to raise the level of execution excellence for both executives and their leadership teams. Working with venture capital firms, he has assisted their portfolio companies with growth and execution issues. He received his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and is now an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver.
